5 Breakfasts Gluten Free, Grain Free

For such a long time my breakfast consisted of a boiled egg and a cup of coffee. It was quick and easy with little mess before I ran out the door to go to work.

Now that my lifestyle has changed, I still like Breakfasts Gluten Free, Grain Free, limiting my carbohydrates, but I longed for some good variety in my breakfast.

Here are my best 5 Breakfasts Gluten Free, Grain Free

Gluten free breakfast waffle

1. Waffle Breakfast

Beautiful Gluten Free Grain Free waffles with blueberry sauce (no refined sugar) Homemade Goats Milk (or other plain) Yogurt. You will love this breakfast.  If you don’t have a waffle maker then the recipe is fine to make as pancakes.

2. Light and energetic waffle breakfast

How good does that look, a gluten free, grain free, waffle with a dob of grass-fed butter, bacon eggs, tomato and avocado. That is a breakfast to look forward to.

This breakfast consists of sweet potato hash browns chili flavor, bacon, eggs, tomato salsa and a dob of sour cream.

We just love this breakfasts. It is prepared the night before and kept in the fridge. I love that we get up in the morning and go to the fridge and breakfast is served all ready, no fuss.  It contains plain yogurt (I use homemade goats milk yogurt) Apple, Sultanas, Cinnamon.  My husband loves chopped pecans in his. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of maple syrup, especially if I leave the yogurt incubating for more than 22 hours.  The yogurt breakfast is best eaten alone, that is, don’t eat other things like toast for breakfast.  It is very kind on the tummy and this balance can be upset if other foods are mixed up with the yogurt in your stomach.  I do add a cup of coffee, that seems to go well with it.
