Spark up your lifestyle with this tasty, flavorsome Beef stir-fry ginger mango meal. It is one of the best beef stir-fry meals that we have ever made. An added benefit is that it is Gluten Free.
Beef Stir-fry Ginger Mango Ingredients
400 g Beef stir-fry
1 red onion sliced
1 & 1/2 cups of water
2 inches of grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Curry Powder (adjust to taste and heat of the powder)
2 tablespoons Honey
3 tablespoons Tamari (Gluten free soy sauce)
1 cup sliced beans
Red Pepper sliced
3/4 cup diced mango
Beef Stir-fry Ginger Mango Method
- Carefully heat some coconut oil in a pan and brown the beef pieces then add the sliced onion and grated ginger
- Add the water and place a lid on the pan and simmer
- Mix together, curry powder, honey, Tamari, add it to the pan and continue to simmer
- Cook your rice now. I used 1 & 1/2 cups of rice
- When the rice is nearly cooked – add the beans to the simmering meat
- Now add the red pepper and mango to the simmering meat
The whole meal should be cooked and ready at the same time.
The beef stir-fry will serve 3 people
I put the beef stir-fry on a large plate for self-serve.
It is a good idea to first pour hot water onto the serving plate and let it sit for a minute. Now pour the water off and dry the plate, it will be nice and warm to serve the meal on.
