Beef Stir-fry Ginger Mango Ingredients

400 g Beef stir-fry

1 red onion sliced

1 & 1/2 cups of water

2 inches of grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon Curry Powder (adjust to taste and heat of the powder)

2 tablespoons Honey

3 tablespoons Tamari (Gluten free soy sauce)

1 cup sliced beans

Red Pepper sliced

3/4 cup diced mango

Beef Stir-fry Ginger Mango Method

  1. Carefully heat some coconut oil in a pan and brown the beef pieces then add the sliced onion and grated ginger
  2. Add the water and place a lid on the pan and simmer
  3. Mix together, curry powder, honey, Tamari, add it to the pan and continue to simmer
  4. Cook your rice now. I used 1 & 1/2 cups of rice
  5. When the rice is nearly cooked – add the beans to the simmering meat
  6. Now add the red pepper and mango to the simmering meat

The whole meal should be cooked and ready at the same time.

The beef stir-fry will serve 3 people

I put the beef stir-fry on a large plate for self-serve.

It is a good idea to first pour hot water onto the serving plate and let it sit for a minute. Now pour the water off and dry the plate, it will be nice and warm to serve the meal on.

The whole meal only took about 30 minutes to make, I can’t wait to make it again, it was so delicious.
